Corey Damen Jenkins' Design Reimagined, with a foreword by Amy Astley, is a love letter to maximalist colour, considered pattern, and rooms that aren't afraid to be themselves. Inside: peacock-green chinoiserie, plaster-pink archways, jewel-toned salons, and antique writing desks anchored against painterly murals — the kind of work that gives a confident decorator something to think about. The cover is a glimpse into one of those rooms, framed in a wide plaster arch, with crisp white serif lettering and the Rizzoli imprint at the base.
Proof that good taste and bold choices belong in the same sentence.
On the coffee table, as the showpiece. Lay it flat on a velvet ottoman with a brass tray on top holding a single ceramic vessel and fresh peonies.
On the console in a colourful sitting room. Stand it spine-out beside a pair of taper candles in coloured glass holders, where it picks up the room's bolder notes.
