Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule.
Shipping costs
Carriers & tracking We ship through a mix of trusted carriers and provide tracking on every order so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
Oversized & furniture items Large furniture and oversized items may ship separately or require special freight handling, which can affect delivery timing and cost. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout. [Adjust or remove this section if it doesn't apply to your fulfillment setup.]
Local pickup Prefer to pick up in person? You're always welcome to visit us at 1331 Union Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri. [Keep this if you offer in-store/online order pickup; otherwise remove.]
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@charmedhouseinteriors.com so we can make it right. (See our Return Policy for details on damaged or defective items.)
Accepted payment methods We accept:
When you're charged Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed.
Currency All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Secure payment processing Payments are processed securely through Lightspeed Payments. Your full card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Sales tax Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with Missouri and other relevant state laws.
Gift cards We offer gift cards, which can be applied toward your purchase at checkout. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
