You may return only eligible items within 15 days for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items must be completely unused, undamaged, and free of any odors (e.g., smoke or strong candles)

Email us at returns@charmedhouseinteriors.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and reason for return. If items are eligible for return, we will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
